To Whom It May Concern:
I am a resident of Meridian in the Bear Creek subdivision and am writing today to oppose the development of Klein Huis.
1. Traffic impacts would create significant increased congestion on Victory and Stoddard – roads are not currently
built to handle traffic today, let alone additional developments already in progress.
2. Schools – we are at/over capacity in schools closest to the area with no news of a new school to be built south of
the freeway on the horizon.
We cannot continue to grow housing in the area without also addressing the other areas of impact. The city needs to
come up with a solution to get these developers to help pay for some of the additional infrastructure needs that their
developments are directly connected to needing. We are already behind in the two areas mentioned above and
continuing down this path would be irresponsible at best.
