Bill – I understand that the large date was not shown on the photos. I do need some help, however, with how or where to post the sign at Prairiefire. The street has a fence across it between the parcels and large barricades. Do you want me to put the sign in the middle of the street against the fence? The neighbors may have some conflict with the access to their driveways. See the attached photo to illustrate my question. Unfortunately the site has not been posted in accord with UDC standards and the project will have to be continued to the next available hearing or whatever hearing the Commission deems appropriate. Per City code, you are required to have two public hearing signs placed on the property; one along each street frontage (Locust Grove and Prairefire). Further, you signage doesn’t include the correct information per City code. I have provide a link to the applicable code section for your review. 1. https://link.edgepilot.com/s/97401e93/kyOPlA2C10WLxpdpyqUsmw?u=https://library.municode.com/id/meridi an/codes/code_of_ordinances?nodeId=TIT11UNDECO_CH5AD_ARTAGEPR_11-5A-6PUHEPR 2. The noticing error will need be corrected before the project can be heard by the Commission. Once the Commission acts on the continuance, please submit the required noticing documentation.
