Dear Mr, Schultz,
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has completed our review of the Allure (Percy West) Traffic Impact Study.
The proposed development is located in the northwest quadrant of the intersection of SH-69 and Quartz Creek Road in
Meridian, ID. The proposed development will construct the north half of the proposed public road approach of Quartz
Creek Road directly across from the existing Quartz Creek Road approach on the east side of SH-69 at approximate MP
6.64.
The department finds the proposed access acceptable with the following conditions:
• Developer shall dedicate 12 ft of right-of-way along SH-69 for a future southbound right-turn lane onto Quartz
Creek Street. Turn lane will extend 520 ft (per ITD Traffic Manual right-turn lane standard for 55 MPH) from the
mid-point of the approach's northern return radius.
Please submit an ITD-2109 encroachment application complete with engineered drawings, right-of-way dedication
documents, and temporary traffic control plans to itdd3oermits@itd.idaho.eov. My staff will work with you on reviewing
and accepting these documents prior to issuance of an approved permit. No work may begin in ITD's right-of-way
without an approved permit.
