personally posted or attest that the subject property was properly posted on September, 27 2012 ,
which is at least ten ( 10) days prior to the scheduled public hearing for H -2022 - 0052 AMI Tower
at Well 29 for the purpose of constructing a 100 -foot lattice
communication tower
