Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Com-
mission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing on
Thursday,October 6,2022 at 6:00 PM at Meridian City Hall,
33 E.Broadway Ave.Meridian Idaho 83642 to hear the follow-
ing request(s):
H-2022-0050 Allure Subdivision: Rezone 39.39 acres of
land from the R-4 to the TN-R zoning district, a Preliminary
Plat consisting of 226 single-family building lots and 36 com-
mon lots on 37.34 acres in the requested TN-R zoning district,
and a Development Agreement Modification to terminate the
