data in the areas affected by an application to enhance future planning for both the City and the School District.The table is below for your review,and it is intended as a reference,rather than a
decisive,tool.

2.Dwelling Units are the additional units in a year based on the building permits that were issued in that year.Age restrictioned units are included;preliminary plat data is not.
3.Estimated 2022 Dwelling Units is based on the assumption that the remainder of the year growth will continue at the same rate it has been year to date.
4.School attendance areas analyzed are based on school year 22-23 WASD attendance areas at the time of analysis.Attendance areas can change anytime during or between school years.
