We feel that we can comply with the comments & conditions listed on the staff report. We are still waiting for formal
response from the civil engineer, & landscape Architect.
As part of the required open space we would like to include in the proposed Parkways. The parkways are shown on the
plat & are 8' wide. These parkways comply with the open space percentage required & even exceed them.
The parkways will be landscaped with a vegetative ground cover & to include one tree for every 35'.
