Hi Mindy,
We are working on an application in Meridian called Alden Ridge. It is located NE of HWY 16 and Chinden at the end of
Pollard Lane. Please see the attached site plan. The total number of building lots is 65.
Can you please reply to confirm a traffic impact study is not needed for this application since it is only 65 homes?
