Good morning Sonya, We will contact the neighboring property owner to discuss the use of the dumpster. Republic said they will add a pickup if the volume becomes an issue. 2 Our locate did not show any utilities in the easement to the west. We could remove the trees from that buffer. There is an existing 25' HOA landscape buffer to the west. I believe there are quite a few existing trees in that buffer. We will add that buffer to the site plan and landscape plan. I will submit the updated drawings as soon as they become available. I didn’t word my question very well…what I was wondering is if the HOA owned parcel is included in the site plan for this site. The ROW for Loder appears to be directly adjacent to the west boundary of this site. I can’t see that the strip of land owned by the HOA is included in the subdivision plat for Overland Way or Dorado subdivisions. I need this info for the staff report if you could get back to me at your earliest convenience.
