Enclosed is the Final Plat Application for"Pollard Subdivision No. 1."This is the first phase of
the Pollard Subdivision(pre-plat approved 06/04/2019, and a two-year time extension was
approved on 4/26/2021).
This phase will consist of 11 commercial lots and 1 common lot, is located in a C-G zoning
designation and consists of 51.563 acres of land.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with the uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat
and meets all requirements and conditions of approval. This plat is in conformance with the
UDC, acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
