All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. The Districts Finch Lateral courses along the south boundary this property. The districts easement for the Finch Lateral at this location is a minimum of eighty feet (80') total, forty feet (40') from centerline each side. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before construction is unacceptable. All municipal surface drainage must be retained on site.
