To whom it may concern;
My name is Michael McGough. I live at 2431 E Wainwright Dr Meridian, Idaho 83646. I bought my dream home back in
October of 2020 and it’s where I had planned to live out the rest of my retirement. The thing that sold me the most
about this home was the beautiful backyard, and the peacefulness, and privacy in which it provides. My backyard is
where I spend most of my time, therefore privacy is extremely important to me.
In the back of my mind, I thought someday, someone might build behind my home. However, I never imagined that they
would build small two-story homes. I have an ½ acre pie shape lot. I have reviewed the subdivision plans and it shows
that there will be 6 two-story homes looking into my back yard. I will lose every bit of my privacy and the value of my
home will go down considerably. Therefore, I have a lot to lose.
I can live with single story homes being built behind me, because I believe no one is going to be looking over the fence
into my yard. However, building two story homes that are looking directly into my backyard is completely unacceptable.
If this goes thru then I want the developer to plant six 20ft tall Blue Spruce trees in my backyard at his expense.
