RE: Tree Selection
After reviewing the landscape plans for Summertown Subdivision, I am advising a change in tree
selection of Fraxinus Americana, Autumn Purple Ash. The reason for this requested change is due to a
future threat of Emerald Ash Borer. When Emerald Ash Borer reaches the Treasure Valley Ash trees in
general will require annual pesticide applications otherwise they will succumb to this pest.
