FOR ANY DRAINAGE FACILITIES WITHIN A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY, ACHD OR ITD SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTION. FOR ANY PRIVATE DRAINAGE FACILITIES THE PROJECT ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTION AND CERTIFICATION OF DRAINAGE FACILITIES; HOWEVER ANY ROOF DRAINAGE AND PIPING TO THE DRAINAGE FACILITIES WILL BE INSPECTED BY THE MERIDIAN PLUMBING OFFICIAL UNDER THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT.
