Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Pollard
Subdivision No. 1 are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the seasonal high ground water elevation.
The geotechnical engineering report, "Pollard Lane Realignment", prepared by MTI and dated August 31, 2016,
was used to determine the approximate groundwater elevations relative to the street centerline elevations.
