Relinquishment Letter V1FAi Iļæ½BOUkNE May 17, 2022 To whom it may concern, The Fairbourne Owners Association has no objection to partial vacation of the pressure irrigation easement along the western property line of Lot 6 of Block 3 of Fairbourne Subdivision No. 3, as depicted in the attached vacation description by Civil Survey Consultants dated May 13, 2022. The proposed easement modification still provides adequate space for operation and maintenance of the pipeline within said easement, and there is no future need for facilities within the area to be vacated.
