The following is made at the request of Element Custom Homes, LLC. They request approval to
vacate part of an existing pressure irrigation easement on property within Fairbourne Subdivision
No. 3.
A portion of the home under construction on Ada County Parcel No. R2734180100, located at 5156
W. Highland Fall Dr. in Meridian, overlaps the 10-foot-wide permanent pressure irrigation easement
inside the west lot line. The easement portion to vacate is a 3 5 -foot-long, 2-foot-wide area along its
eastern edge.
The 10-foot pressure irrigation easement is for ongoing operations and maintenance of a 6-inch
diameter pipeline. The line was constructed 4.0 feet from the west property line on said lot. Reducing
the easement width to 8 feet within the building overlap will still allow adequate space for operating
and maintaining the pipeline.
This parcel is Lot 6 of Block 3 within the subdivision, which is on the north side of W. Chinden
Blvd., west of N. Black Cat Road.
