They request approval to vacate part of an existing pressure irrigation easement on property within Fairbourne Subdivision No. 3. A portion of the home under construction on Ada County Parcel No. R2734180100, located at 5156 W. Highland Fall Dr. in Meridian, overlaps the 10-foot-wide permanent pressure irrigation easement inside the west lot line. The easement portion to vacate is a 3 5 -foot-long, 2-foot-wide area along its eastern edge. The 10-foot pressure irrigation easement is for ongoing operations and maintenance of a 6-inch diameter pipeline. The line was constructed 4.0 feet from the west property line on said lot. Reducing the easement width to 8 feet within the building overlap will still allow adequate space for operating and maintaining the pipeline.
