Subject: Conditional Use Permit Narrative
The proposed project is for a new credit union branch building for East Idaho Credit Union to be located
at 4909 N. Cortona Way in Meridian, Idaho. The building will provide financial services for the Meridian
area. The structure will be a wood -framed structure with aluminum storefront and a combination of stone
and brick veneer, cement -based lap siding, and EIFS. The building includes a three -lane drive -through,
40 parking stalls, a garbage enclosure, and landscaping. Access to the building is on both the north and
south from a shared drive on the east side of the building.
