Alamar Subdivision is located on the north side of West Franklin Road approximately three-quarter
miles west of Ten Mile Road. We are requesting final plat approval for Phase I to include 17 single-
family detached building lots, 10 single-family attached building lots, and 4 common lots.
The Annexation and Zoning Ordinance No. 22-1985 (Instrument 2022-065180) and Development
Agreement (Instrument 2022-065010) were executed on July 20t", 2022.
The Final Plat is in conformance with all conditions and exhibits of the approved Preliminary Plat (H-
2022-0004) with the following exception:
ACHD Staff Report (MPP22- 0007), Site Specific Conditions of Approval, Section D, Item 10:
The existing driveway will not be closed, but will become an access for Nampa Meridian
Irrigation District. Other uses of this entry will be prohibited. The irrigation entry will be paved
its full width and at least 30-feet into the site beyond the edge of pavement of Franklin Road.
The pavement will have a minimum width of 10-feet.
The Final Plat is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC.
The Final Plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices
and local standards.
