Statement of Centerline Groundwater Elevations
To whom it may concern:
This letter serves as a statement regarding seasonal high groundwater elevations (SHGWE)
relative to design street finish centerline (CL) elevations. A geotechnical site investigation was
conducted by Atlas, file No.6202052g, dated Jan. 5, 2021. Groundwater monitoring was also
conducted by Rock Solid Civil from Dec. 18, 2020 through Jan. 15, 2022. In that time,
groundwater did not exceed above 5.5' below ground surface (bgs). Our designed street CL
elevations on this project are set to range from roughly 0' to 2' foot above the existing ground
surface. Therefore, it is my opinion that the street CL elevation are set at a minimum of three
(3) feet above the highest SHGWE.
