Stephanie,
The Ada County Surveyor's office does not reserve names for subsequent phases of a development.
The only requirement in this particular case is that if the owner/signer of the subsequent phase is not the same as one of
the owner/signers of the original development,then a Permission To Use the Subdivision Name is required to grant
subsequent owner/signers permission to continue to use the name in accordance with Idaho Code 50-1307.
