Site Information and Background The subject property comprises approximately 2.45 acres identified as parcel number R5262500100 or Lot 1, Block 1 within the Linder Village Subdivision.The Linder Village Subdivision was recorded in 2021 and included 19 commercial lots on almost 75 acres.
