IDAK Subdivision comprises of approximately 2.088 acres. The property is located at 840 E. Ustick Road. Details on the existing property comprising the project is as follows: Address___________________________Parcel Number____________________________Acreage 840 E. Ustick Road S0531438476 2.088 My client is hoping to be able to subdivide into a total of 2 parcels. The current point of access on the east boundary with the neighbor at 870 E. Ustick Road, has an established ingress/egress easement and will continue to be the point of access for both the 2 proposed parcels. We are hoping to be approved for an alternative compliance on the 25-foot-wide landscape buffer for the portion that is adjacent to the south line of proposed Lot 2 to be a 15-foot-wide landscape buffer. The front door on the existing dwelling on proposed Lot 2 has been moved to the south of the dwelling. IDAK Subdivision will not create excessive additional requirements at public expense. Additional services will be supported by property taxes and/or fees paid directly to service providers. There is no know health, safety or environmental issues that currently exist or that will exist as a result of this development.
