Gus,
While Initial or acronyms are not accepted as subdivision names, and a search revealed that about 95%of the references
to the name "IDAK" appear to be either a Lost in Space character or acronyms for"I Don't Actually Know", there is a
peak in the Aleutian Islands with that name. Although it appears that the mountain got its name because they didn't
actually know what it was either, we will allow it.

At your request, I will reserve the name Idak Subdivision for your project. I can honor this reservation only as long as
your project is in the approval process. Final approval can only take place when the final plat is recorded.
This reservation is available for the project as long as it is in the approval process unless the project is terminated by the
client, the jurisdiction or the conditions of approval have not been met, in which case the name can be re-used by
someone else.
