1. PROPERTY IS IN FLOOD ZONE X, AREA OF MINIMAL FLOOD HAZARD
PER FEMA MAP NUMBER 16001 C0143J. MAP REVISED JUNE 19, 2020.
2. THIS SUBDIVISION IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF A DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT RECORDED AS INSTRUMENT NO.100079863 RECORDS OF
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO.
3. IRRIGATION WATER HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY SETTLERS IRRIGATION
DISTRICT IN COMPLIANCE WITH IDAHO CODE 31-3805(1)(b). LOTS
WITHIN THE SUBDIVISION WILL BE ENTITLED TO IRRIGATION
WATER RIGHTS AND WILL BE OBLIGATED FOR ASSESSMENTS FROM
SETTLER'S IRRIGATION DISTRICT.
4. SANITARY SEWER SHALL BE PROVIDED BY CITY OF MERIDIAN.

PRACTICES. STORM WATER WILL FLOW TO CATCH BASINS AND BE
TREATED IN UNDERGROUND SEEPAGE BEDS.
7. ALL DRIVE AISLES WILL BE FIRE LANES AND HAVE SIGNS STATING
"FIRE LANE NO PARKING" IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF A
