Eagle and Ustick Rd. Withdrawn
A. Request: Conditional Use Permit for a new approximately 2,325 square foot
Chipotle restaurant with a drive-through to replace an existing and vacant
restaurant located within 300 feet of an existing drive-through.
5. Public Hearing for Bridgetower Multi-family (H-2022-0047) by Alpha
Development Group, located at at S0427438410 on the north side of W. McMillan
Rd. between N. San Vito Way and N. Vicenza Way, near the northwest corner of N.
Ten Mile Rd. and W. McMillan Rd. Denied
A. Request: Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting
of 235 units on 16.61 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district.
