Dear Planning and Zoning Commission,
We are residents of Alpine Pointe subdivision and will be impacted by the decisions of the City of Meridian dealing with
the proposed Kingstown subdivision that would be adjacent to us. We feel that the planned density is too high and will
adversely impact Alpine Pointe with our R-4 zoning. We recommend that you reject the developer’s proposal and
suggest that they come back with a plan that is more compatible with their neighbors.
