Z - 22-2332 Hatch Industrial Easement Vacation H-2022-0029 CITY OF MERIDIAN RESOLUTION NO. 22-2332 BY THE CITY COUNCIL: BERNT, BORTON, CAVENER, HOAGLUN, PERREAULT, STRADER A RESOLUTION VACATING A UTILITY EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS A PORTION OF LOTS 8 AND 9 OF HEPPERS ACRE SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST OF THE BOISE MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, on June 14, 2022 the City Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing on the vacation of a utility easement over and across a portion of Lots 8 and 9 of Heppers Acre Subdivision, located in the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West of the Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; and WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve said described vacation; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN CITY, IDAHO: Section 1. That the public utility and drainage easement that was initially established with a utility easement over and across a portion of Lots 8 and 9 of Heppers Acre Subdivision, located in the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 12, Township 3 North, Range 1 West of the Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, as attached in Exhibit A, is hereby vacated. Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption and approval. Passed by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 28th day of June, 2022.
