FINISH LINE. TIMING/SCORING & DATA ENTRY AGREEMENT
Spondro.com Ine. is pleased to again have the oppatunity to provide professional services for the
Barn Sour to be held on Saturday, June 24, 2006 in Meridian, Idaho. This Rnísh Une, Timing/Scoring
& Data Entry Agreement details the professional 5efViœs and equipment to be provided by
Spondoro.com Inc- will be done using the AMB Timing System.
Rental of Timing Chip, Finish Une & Timing/Scoring:
$2_50 per registered pa.rticipant
Based on 150 participants.
Pl'9pal'9 Participant Packets/labels:
$0_25 eaCh and includes the Bib #, safety pins, TIming Chip & Strap.
Spondoro_com Inc. will provide the envelopes and labels.
The EVENT supplies the Bib #'s, safety pins and places the label on the bib #,
Based on 150 participants-
Data Entry:
$0.75 per registered participant
Participants signing up Day-of-Event:
Add $0.75 per registered participant

. Free assistance with the set up of Secured On-line Entry (includes processing & .24 hour access
to your database, the participant is charged a nominal processing fee by Spondoro-com - the
EVENT receives their full entry fee)
. Assist with the design of the áata collection portion of the event entry fOrm
. Assist with obtaining event numbers for compatibñlity with Spondoro.com timìng forma.t (the
EVENT is responsible for the cost of the event bib numbers)
. Data entry of all registered participants, Induding day-at-event
. On-line confirmations on the Spondoro_com websíte for mail-in & on-line registrants (on--line
entries receive an irrmediate conflll'nation)
. Labels for event tags (apply them to the event bibs for mail-in & on-line registrations)
. Alphabetical listings of ålf pre-registerect partícipants for pre-event packet pickup and day-or-event
packet distribution
. A count of pre-sold t-shirts to aid in proper distribu1tion
. All timing and finish line equipment needed to produce the resultslscOOng

. Provide a list of volunteer requirements and job descriptions for registration & timing needs
. Training of the timing volunteers
