Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property located at 2940 E Overland Rd. is proposing the new construction of an
approximately 7800 s.f. residential care facility. The proposed use of the building will be a care facility for
the elderly,featuring 12 bedrooms for residence and one office for staff. Dining,entertainment, laundry
and storage shall be provided on-site for the residence.The facility will provide an aesthetic of residential
style and feel for the residence and neighbors.
This type of facility would have very little impact to parking and traffic in the business complex and the
surrounding area.
