We appreciate the coordination and work to help us accomplish the entitlements, design and recording of our project. The project is well on its way with the first 4 units ready to close shortly. We have constructed the project according to the City approved plans. Public utilities have been built in accordance with local codes and requirements. Site work is mostly complete, with a few shrubs and grass still to be planted and asphalt striping to be done.These items will be completed as we finish the construction of the buildings. The last of the 8 buildings are set to be completed between late October and mid-November. We are excited for its completion and for the business to occupy their new office condominiums!
