PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION
This is a second Time Extension request for Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision#2.A previous
Preliminary Plat Time Extension was approved in 2020 (TED-2020-0004. Due to market conditions, the
second phase of the Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision has not yet been recorded.
Construction on the improvements for the subdivision have commenced, however, and we anticipate
recording the plat later this year.
