The first final plat-Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 1 (FP H-2017-0051)was signed by the City Engineer on August 29,2018 and recorded on October 4,2018. A Preliminary Plat Time Extension(TED-2020-0004)was approved on August 28, 2020 and set to expire on August 29,2022.
