Re: Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision Final Plat Time Extension
Dear Mr. Hood:
The Meridian City Council approved the Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision preliminary plat
on October 4,2016(PP MDA H-2016-0092). The first final plat-Hill's Century Farm Commercial
Subdivision No. 1 (FP H-2017-0051)was signed by the City Engineer on August 29,2018 and recorded
on October 4,2018. A Preliminary Plat Time Extension(TED-2020-0004)was approved on August 28,
2020 and set to expire on August 29,2022.
A portion of the approved preliminary plat remains "unplatted"as depicted below

Due to market factors,the final plat for the unplatted area has been submitted,but will not be approved
within the two-year time period granted by the approved time extension.We are currently constructing
subdivision improvements for Hill Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 2,and will be complete
late fall 2022.
