On behalf of BCS Properties LLC , A Team Land Consultants presents to the City of
Meridian a Final Plat Modification application for the proposed Shallow Creek
Subdivision . The subject property is located at the southeast corner of Locust Grove
Road and Franklin Road . The City Council approved the Final Plat on May 17 , 2016 ,
with a condition stating :
6 . The applicant shall obtain CZC and administrative design review approval and
record the final plat prior to applying for a building permit for any and all structures
within this development .
We have received both CZC and design review approval but it will be several months
before we have the final plat recorded . It is the condition to record the final plat prior to
applying for a building permit that we would like to have modified , there are no other
conditions that we are requesting to be modified . The subject final plat complies with
the preliminary plat , is in conformance with all provisions of the UDC , and complies with
all architectural , engineering , and surveying standards .
