To whom it may concern,
It is the intention of Mr. Aaron Elton to seek a Final plat modification for parcel S 1213142120 in
the city of Meridian. In meeting with staff we have found that a final Plat modification is
necessary to remove conditions regarding the development of Corporate road . The first 1000
feet of Corporate Rd . is planned to be part of the first phase of development, along with the
clubhouse and part of the center open space ready for residents . This first phase will be the east
end of the property and the development of the Pennwood access on the North side of the
property. The second phase will finish up the remaining amenities as well as the units on the
north side of the property .
