So the timing for the Movado project on City Council is as follows:
March 141h:
• The ordinance is approved with the correct legal descriptions for the zoning boundaries and we now have the
correct plat. We couldn't get this on the agenda for tomorrow (7t") because we got the revised plat too late to
get it on the agenda.
March 21St:
• The final plats for Movado 1, 2, and 3 will be placed on the consent agenda.
• The revised findings for the preliminary plat on the consent agenda
• The revised Development Agreement on the consent agenda
