We Request a continuance to be made for The Creek View CUP, Rezone, and Annexation to be scheduled on the Hearing

held on September 15. The Reason for this continuance is to allow the Applicant to address the concerns found by the
City Staff reviewing the project and bring the project into compliance of City Code where it currently was missed.
Primarily in relation to shared/public open green space.
