Dear Mr. Hood,
Enclosed is the final plat application for "TM Center East Subdivision No. I". The 4 (four)
lots shown on the final plat represent an additional phase of commercial lots for this project
in south Meridian—at the intersection of S. Wayfinder Avenue and S. Vanguard Way.
Statement of Conformance
The plat remains in substantial conformance with: (1) The uses and layout approved by the
preliminary plat and DA; (2) the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and (3)
acceptable engineering and surveying practices, and local standards.
The development of this significant property has been anticipated for many years. This
submittal now represents a substantial milestone to the establishment of this commercial
corridor and the opportunities it will bring to the citizens and the City of Meridian, etc.
