Development Agreement, originally dated August 19, 2005, for Dorado Subdivision, a
Conditional Use Permit, and other necessary entitlements for the purpose of adding memory
care as an allowed use within the subject parcel.
As requested, this letter is to confirm that as the original Owner/Developer under the
Development Agreement, and as the owner of the subject parcel, the undersigned supports
such modification, conditional use permit, and other necessary entitlements for their
development.
