1. BUILDING SETBACKS AND DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS IN THIS
SUBDIVISION SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH TITLE II OF
MERIDIAN CITY CODE UNLESS OTHERWISE MODIFIED BY
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
2. THE BOTTOM ELEVATION OF BUILDING FOOTINGS SHALL BE
SET A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES ABOVE THE HIGHEST
ESTABLISHED NORMAL GROUNDWATER ELEVATION.
3. ANY RE -SUBDIVISION OF THIS PLAT SHALL COMPLY WITH
THE MOST RECENTLY APPROVED SUBDIVISION STANDARDS OF
THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AT THE TIME OF THE
RE -SUBDIVISION.
4. ALL LOT LINES COMMON TO PUBLIC STREETS ARE HEREBY
