BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of said Lot 3,point being common with the southerly right of way
line of East River Valley Street;
Thence North 89'51'01"East,216.58 feet on said southerly right of way line;
Thence South 38'38' 14"East,61.06 feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of North Records
Way,and a point a point of curvature;
