RE : Meridian CenterCal — Property Boundary Adjustment (A-2017-0236)
Dear Ms . Lauerman :
A Property Boundary Adjustment for the above-referenced property was tentatively approved by the
Director on January 7, 2017 . This approval was granted contingent upon the completion of several tasks
as required by UDC 11 -6134C2 within one year of the date of tentative approval . The Applicant has now
completed the required tasks within the time period allowed. Therefore, the Director deems the property
boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC 11 -6B - 8 and hereby grants final approval of the
property boundary adjustment per the attached Record of Survey.
The Applicant, Director, or a Party of Record may request City Council review of a decision of the
Director. All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Division of the Community
Development Department on or before January 24, 2018 , within fifteen ( 15 ) days after this written
decision is issued, and contain the information listed in UDC 11 -5A-613 .
If City Council review of the decision is not requested, the action of the Director represents a final
decision on a land use application . You have the right to request a regulatory taking analysis under Idaho
Code 674003 .
