We are pleased to submit the enclosed application for Record of Survey—Property Boundary
Adjustment for 2274 N. Eagle Rd. and 2230 N. Records Way. Being Lots 3 &4, Block 1 of CenterCal
Subdivision, situated in a portion of the Southwest%of Section 4,Township 3N, Range 1E.The parcels;
R1343720400 and R1343720300 are located in Meridian City and are zoned C-G.
The final result of the Property Boundary Adjustment will:
® Adjust the parcel line between the two parcels to include the existing parking lot area.
A Vacation of Easement is also being submitted for these parcels, and will remove the 10-foot
easements located along the two inside parcel lines of the proposed final lot.
