To Whom It May Concern,
We are the owners of the Shopping Center at the southeast corner of N. Eagle Road and E. Ustick Road
in Meridian, Idaho. We are applying for a Conditional Use Permit for a 2,325 square foot Chipotle
Restaurant with a "Chipotlane" drive thru lane.
The restaurant is planned to replace the vacant Barrell 33 building that currently fronts N. Eagle Road.
In addition to the "Chipotlane", the restaurant will have indoor and outdoor dining, and will serve beer.
The "Chipotlane" concept is different than a typical drive-thru restaurant in that orders are placed
online and paid in advance. There is no menu board or speakers in the "Chipotlane". A customer will
select a time in which their food will be available at the "Chipotlane" window, they drive up and their
order is ready for them. This greatly reduces and nearly eliminates drive-thru stacking and provides an
efficient process through which a customer can get their food and be on their way.
