Business and property owners and residents are invited to attend a public neighborhood meeting held
by HLE Inc. Meeting details include:
Date and Time: Thursday January 6th, 2022, at 7:00 p.m.
Location: Meridian City Hall Conference Room A&B, 33 E Broadway Ave, Meridian, ID
83642
The subject of this meeting will be the proposed Annexation into the City of Meridian and Zoning of
two lots and the rezone of a third lot. The Parcels to be annexed and zoned are lot 16 and 17 of the
Magic View Subdivision in the East 1/2 of Section 17, Township 3 North, Range 1 East of The
Boise Meridian. (5.29 acre parcel R5443010160 and 5.07 acre parcel R5443010170 with an address
of 942 S Wells). The zoning to be assigned to these two parcels will be Zone C-G. We will also
review the Rezone of a 6 acres Parcel R5443010239 (2920 E Freeway Dr. Meridian, Id). The rezone
request will be to rezone from Zone L-O to Zone C-G.
The Purpose of this meeting is to provide general information regarding zoning use allowance and
the potential plan for the property to the public and discuss any questions that the public may have
after the presentation. Enclosed is a vicinity map of the three parcels to be discussed and an agenda
for the meeting.
We are willing to set up a virtual meeting if there is a need and a request for it. If the recipient of this
letter could respond via letter or email wether or not they will be in attendance and if that attendance
will be inperson or if it will need to be virtually it will help us best meet your needs.
