Narrative V1Narrative for the Annexation of Lot R5443010239 from L-O to C-G. The construction on this lot will be phased into part 2a and 2b of the overall development plan by this developer. Phase 2a includes the west half of the lot and will include the construction of five four-plex condo units and four duplex units. The sewer and water mains for this phase where approved as part of phase 1(the New Meridian Holiday Inn Express) the sewer main will have been built. The water main will be installed as a part of phase 2a. phase 2b will include another hotel. The attached master plan shows that the sewer will need to be rerouted from the approved plans from phase 1. The sewer reroute will be redesigned as part of phase 2b if the annexation of the lots in phase 2c and 2d of the masterplan. If the annexation is not approved than the planned hotel will be shaped differently and the sewer main will remain at the planned location. In all Phases of the project the community walking path along the Five Mile Creek drainage will be designed and installed. There will be open space in phase 2a on the south side of the creek requiring the construction of a bridge. All other site aspects will be designed and constructed per the required standards and ordinances.
