RE: Pine 43 Animal Farm Subdivision
To whom it may concern,
The final plat submittal package is enclosed for the proposed Pine 43 Animal Farm Subdivision located
on the southeast corner of N. Webb St and E. Pine St in Meridian ID, Section 8 Township 3 North, Range 1
East (see attached plat) and consists of approximately 6.91 acres. The subdivision includes 3 buildable
lots, all part of the original Pine 43 approved preliminary plat application. The specific provisions
requested in the final plat application are intended to be addressed in the attached final plat and
construction documents as described below:
• The final plat conforms to the approved preliminary plat.
• The final plat conforms to the applicable provisions of the UDC.
• The final plat and development plans conform to the best management practices and acceptable
surveying, engineering, landscape architectural practices, and local standards.
• As discussed with staff during the pre -application meeting and on -going communications, this
application meets the intent of Development Agreement and the approved preliminary plat of
Pine 43 (see Case# H-2017-0058, etc.)
