Please accept this email as a formal request for a continuance of the Planning & Zoning Commission hearing for the
above referenced project. We are requesting that the P&Z hearing date be continued from July 21, 2022 to the August 4,
2022 hearing date. This request is due to scheduling conflicts preventing Breckon Land Design from representing the

project on the July 21 date.
