A. Request: Development Agreement Modification to modify the existing
development agreement (Villasport, Inst. #2019-060877) for the purpose of
updating the concept plan and provisions to construct a mixed-use
development consisting of commercial space and multi-family development in
lieu of an athletic club and spa on 11.17 acres in the C-G zoning district.
Motion to continue to July 12, 2022 made by Councilman Hoaglun, Seconded by
