Rezone of a Parcel of Land Located in the Southeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ of
Section 35, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho;
Establishing and Determining the Land Use Zoning Classification of 3.42 Acres of
Land from the C-C (Community Business) Zoning District to the R-40 (High-
Density Residential) Zoning District in the Meridian City Code; Providing that
Copies of this Ordinance shall be Filed with the Ada County Assessor, the Ada
County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as Required by Law; and
